Michael Kristensen specializes in M&A, Venture Capital, Stock Exchange Law, General Corporate Law and Tax Law.

Michael advises Danish and international companies, primarily in relation to the purchase and sale of companies (M&A), including cross border transactions, Venture Capital investments and stock exchange and capital market law. He assists companies in relation to general business and company law matters, including restructuring, incentive programmes, generational changes and business start-ups.

Within Venture Capital, Michael advises investors and growth companies in investment rounds - from pre-seed to late state investments.

Finally, he advises and represents clients in matters relating to tax and tax law.
