The Depositor and Investor Guarantee Scheme Act applies to deposits in our client accounts. This means that deposits of up to EUR 100,000 are covered if the bank goes bankrupt. The maximum coverage applies to the depositor's total deposits in the financial institution, even if the money is in different accounts, including in both client bank accounts and own accounts. The Legal Profession
All lawyers at MAY are appointed as lawyers by the Danish Civil Service and are part of the Danish Bar Association.

MAY has taken out liability insurance and provided a guarantee with HDI Global Speciality Danmark, branch of HDI Global Speciality SE, Germany, Langebrogade 3F, 1411 Copenhagen K, CVR no. 41 26 86 38, policy no. 156-77962764-30012, in accordance with the rules laid down by the Law Society. Liability insurance covers all legal activities, regardless of where the legal profession is practiced.

Our lawyers are subject to the Supervisory and Disciplinary System of the Bar Association and to the rules on good practice of law, cf. section 126 of the Code of Conduct of Justice. Terms of business
MAY's terms of business apply to any task that MAY performs for clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Anti-money laundering, confidentiality and processing of personal data
MAY is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act and, upon receipt of a case, obtains the information and documents required by law. This information and documents are stored in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Act on this.

Partners and employees of MAY are subject to confidentiality with respect to all information that they become aware of as part of our advice.

MAY processes personal data about clients and others in connection with the provision of our services to our clients. For more information about our handling of personal data, please refer to MAY's privacy policy, which can be found on MAY's website, www.maylaw.com.

Choice of law and jurisdiction
Any dispute between MAY and a client is governed by Danish law.

Any disputes must be brought before the Danish court competent pursuant to the Code of Justice.
